Terms and Conditions

Use of this website

By using uprintmedia.com you agree to these terms. The content is for general information about our marketing, website and printing services.

Free marketing plan and free website preview

The free marketing plan is provided with no obligation. The free website is an AI-generated preview on a MiSitioWebs.com branded domain with limited revisions. It is not the same as a fully managed website on a custom domain. A custom domain, managed hosting and unlimited edits require a paid plan.

Paid services and billing

Published prices are listed on our pricing page. Standard ($99/month), Full Service ($399/month), Facebook Ads Management ($349/month) and Online Store ($399/month) are billed monthly and are month to month. You may cancel anytime; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Advertising spend

Advertising spend on Meta, Google or other platforms is paid directly to the platform from your own account and is separate from our management fees.

No guarantees

Marketing results depend on many factors, including competition, location, budget and seasonality. We do not guarantee search rankings, leads, calls or sales.

Printing

Printing orders are quoted individually. Artwork approval, turnaround and shipping are confirmed in your quote.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, UPrintMedia is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or services. These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which UPrintMedia is organized.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site means you accept the updated terms.
